Q14. What is the production and delivery lead time?
Lead time depends on the order quantity, product complexity, material availability, sample approval, packaging requirements, and shipping destination. We confirm the estimated production schedule and dispatch timeline after reviewing the order specifications.

Q15. Can you help with export documentation?
Export documentation requirements can be discussed during order confirmation. The documents supplied will depend on the shipment, destination, applicable regulations, and agreed commercial terms.
Q16. What payment terms do you offer?
Payment terms depend on the order, – 30% Advance and 70% before dispatch- First order payment terms. Repeat orders payment terms will depend on customer relationship, production requirements, and agreed commercial conditions. The applicable advance payment, balance payment, and payment milestones will be specified in the quotation or pro forma invoice.
Q17. Can I reorder the same sock design?
Yes. Repeat orders can be discussed using previously approved specifications, samples, and artwork. Reorder pricing and lead times may vary due to changes in material costs, availability, quantity, or design requirements.

Q19. Can you manufacture sports and performance socks?

Yes. We offer plain, ribbed, striped, and patterned sock designs, as well as custom colour combinations and knitted motifs. The final design depends on the product specifications and manufacturing feasibility.
Q21. Can you develop a new sock design from a reference sample?
Yes. You can share a physical sample, photographs, artwork, or a tech pack. We can review the construction, materials, sizing, and design requirements to determine the feasibility of developing a corresponding product. We also have an inhouse designer that can create a techpack for you. Charges are applicable on the same.
Q22. Can you knit our brand logo into the socks?
Custom branding and knitted logo development can be evaluated based on the artwork, sock construction, available knitting capabilities, and design requirements. Share your logo and reference design for a feasibility review. We have various design techniques like Jacquard, Embroidery, Heat Transfer, Woven label for the same.

Q25. Can you provide EXW or FOB quotations?
We can evaluate EXW and FOB quotations depending on the order and shipping arrangements. The quotation will specify the applicable named location or port, included costs, and responsibilities of each party.

Depending on the complexity and quantity of the order, production time can take between 30-35 days for new orders and 25-35 days for re-orders. The average shipping time is 15-30 days. Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances in global logistics.
We offer OEM samples from our stock as long as the client covers the shipping charges. For custom samples, we charge a development fee as per design plus shipping. The development fee is later deducted from the total order amount.
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pairs per design. For some custom and certified blends, the MOQ may be higher, depending on our inventory levels and supply.
For simple patterns (logo position for example), we can help with platemaking or suggest our reference design for putting your logo on.
If you are a professional designer and would like to submit a design, please send us information about your work (AI or editable PDF file) and a cloud link with your artwork file.

We do deliver all around the world but our main focus is Europe and Scandinavia.
We provide deliveries of goods through our partners (couriers and transport companies). Delivery costs depend on the weight/volume of the goods as well as the place of delivery.

Delivery costs are agreed upon with the customer in advance and are included in the invoice.
We have been trying an effort to assist customers with value-added service. That’s why we support flexible MOQ and FOC placemaking fees for some simple designs. In terms of Packaging – we have plastic free packaging and we also support sourcing custom-made boxes/bags too.
