We work with certified Organic Cotton with Recycled Polyester and Bio-Elastane only at the moment as we are clear with our environmental goals. If you have a question or you need a consultation please ask us directly by emailing us on info@texcyle.co or through WhatsApp.
Depending on the complexity and quantity of the order, production time can take between 30-35 days for new orders and 25-35 days for re-orders. The average shipping time is 15-30 days. Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances in global logistics.
We offer OEM samples from our stock as long as the client covers the shipping charges. For custom samples, we charge a development fee as per design plus shipping. The development fee is later deducted from the total order amount.
Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pairs per design. For some custom and certified blends, the MOQ may be higher, depending on our inventory levels and supply.
For simple patterns (logo position for example), we can help with platemaking or suggest our reference design for putting your logo on.
If you are a professional designer and would like to submit a design, please send us information about your work (AI or editable PDF file) and a cloud link with your artwork file.
We manufacture socks for:

We do deliver all around the world but our main focus is Europe and Scandinavia.
We provide deliveries of goods through our partners (couriers and transport companies). Delivery costs depend on the weight/volume of the goods as well as the place of delivery.
Here are some of our offered deliveries services:
– Express deliveries by courier within 1 week
– Standard deliveries by courier
– By sea
– Customs clearance
– Deliveries tracking
Delivery costs are agreed upon with the customer in advance and are included in the invoice.
We have been trying an effort to assist customers with value-added service. That’s why we support flexible MOQ and FOC placemaking fees for some simple designs. In terms of Packaging – we have plastic free packaging and we also support sourcing custom-made boxes/bags too.
